Customer Service Executive

Memento Exclusives is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team and help uphold our excellent levels of service to a growing customer-base.

You’ll be working with licensees including Formula 1, UFC, MotoGP and more, joining the business during its biggest year to date!

The role will involve delivering exceptional customer communications from initial enquiry through to completion and aftercare. The Customer Service Executive will contribute to the thriving sales team by meeting the needs of clients requiring assistance.

The successful candidate will be required to provide support to customers via telephone, email, and instant messaging as well as occasional face-to-face interactions.
