From debut to display: How F1®’s newest teams are already making memorabilia
Cadillac Formula 1 Team and Audi Revolut F1 Team have only recently begun their journeys in F1®, but their debut is already offering fans ways to own history in the making.

When you think of Formula 1® memorabilia, championship-winning cars, historic racewear and individual pieces from defining moments are likely to come to mind. These are the artefacts that tell the stories of legends, preserved long after the chequered flag has fallen. But every chapter of history has a beginning, and those early pieces can become the sought-after items of tomorrow.

With Cadillac Formula 1 Team and Audi Revolut F1 Team making their long-awaited debuts on the 2026 grid, fans are witnessing two of the most significant new entries of the modern era. Cadillac became Formula 1®’s first new team in a decade, while Audi’s arrival marks one of motorsport’s biggest manufacturers embarking on a brand-new works programme.

For collectors, that creates an interesting opportunity. Any success achieved by either team in the years ahead will always have a connection to this season, when both began building their stories on the Formula 1® grid.

The appeal of day one

Victorious moments naturally hold strong appeal for collectors, but the significance of Formula 1® memorabilia has never been limited to trophies and titles. Sometimes, it is about capturing a moment that can only happen once. A driver’s debut. A team’s first race, points or podium. A new era or identity brought to life for the first time.

Across sport and fandom, items representing the beginning of an unknown journey can become important pieces for collectors. They celebrate where a story started and the potential of what is still to come. For Cadillac and Audi, the 2026 Formula 1® season represents exactly that kind of milestone, with both teams writing their first chapters on the modern grid.

Beyond the track

As the Formula 1® fanbase continues to grow, memorabilia has evolved alongside the different ways fans choose to celebrate the sport. Race-used items remain highly sought after, while officially licensed display pieces offer another way to connect with favourite teams.

These pieces can celebrate the engineering, design and identity of a team just as much as an individual race result. That is reflected in the collections available through F1® Authentics, Formula 1®’s official memorabilia platform, operated by Memento Exclusives.

Alongside historic race-used pieces from across the sport, fans can find dedicated collections of original memorabilia celebrating established teams, as well as the newest arrivals to the Formula 1® grid.

Cadillac’s first chapter

Cadillac’s inaugural collection reflects an iconic American brand making its first appearance in Formula 1®. The first official Cadillac Formula 1 Team Show Car, built by Memento Exclusives and recreating the MAC-26 design driven by Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez, is available to a limited number of collectors, with just ten editions produced worldwide.

The wider collection includes the latest motion simulators and pit stop rigs, both carrying the team’s launch-season identity, alongside a series of replica car parts. Together, the collection gives fans the opportunity to own pieces connected to Cadillac’s debut Formula 1® campaign as the team establishes itself alongside its new grid rivals.

Audi arrives

Audi’s arrival in F1® generated excitement long before the lights went out on race day, making its inaugural memorabilia equally distinctive.

Memento Exclusives built the first official Audi Revolut F1 Team Show Car, which was utilised for the unveiling of the R26 concept and introduced Audi’s Formula 1® vision to the world. These Show Cars have since appeared on stages and at activations around the world.

Limited-edition mini helmets were also sold at auction at the start of the season, while products featuring the team’s debut campaign livery and key moments are now available for fans to own. The collection includes photos, caps and clothing signed by drivers Gabriel Bortoleto and Nico Hulkenberg.

For today and tomorrow

As we pass the halfway mark of the 2026 race calendar, there are still plenty of moments to come, but this is already an important year for the new manufacturers looking to establish themselves in their debut season.

The recent announcements of official licensed collaborations between Memento Exclusives and both Cadillac Formula 1 Team and Audi Revolut F1 Team highlight how memorabilia can capture the present as well as the past.

Years from now, collectors may look back on 2026 as the season that introduced two major names to the modern grid. Those first liveries, first results and first official products will remain connected to the beginning of their stories as both teams continue to build their place in Formula 1®.

Explore the official Cadillac Formula 1 Team and Audi Revolut F1 Team collections, alongside memorabilia from across Formula 1®’s past and present, on F1® Authentics now.
