Williams Racing Signs Licence Agreement With Memento Exclusives

Williams Racing has signed a multi-year licence agreement with UK-based Memento Exclusives – the sports memorabilia and manufacturing company specialising in show cars, simulators and re-engineered products.

The exciting new partnership will enable Memento Exclusives to sell official memorabilia from signed photos, to mini helmets, bodywork displays and more, via the white label brand, F1® Authentics. F1® Authentics is run by Memento Exclusives under licence with Formula 1®. All memorabilia will be officially licensed by the race team and will be authentic. The partnership is being activated with the launch of collections, celebrating the current team, including Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant, with heritage pieces expected to join the collection as the agreement develops.

Memento Exclusives will also give Williams Racing bodywork and components a second life, by re-engineering them into unique pieces that showcase form and function, such as wheel rim tables, wheel nut lamps and more.

The new activation will also see the company building and selling official Williams Racing show cars and simulators, using CAD from the team, which will be available to the public. These cars and simulators will be built using the same processes as those used by the team to build their F1 cars.

Barry Gough, CEO & Founder of Memento Exclusives and F1 Authentics commented:

We’re delighted to bring Williams Racing, a team with such rich history in British Motorsport, onboard as our latest licensor. Our agreement will allow us to bring fans and collectors closer to the team and the drivers, as well as celebrate their heritage. The show cars and simulators will join our expanding collection, and to see the iconic liveries get brought to life by our Memento Exclusives team will elevate the activation even further.”

Marcus Prosser, Marketing Director from Williams Racing commented:

“At Williams we are always looking for new ways to bring our army of passionate fans closer to the action. This licensing partnership with Memento Exclusives will give fans and collectors the chance to own their very own special piece of Williams history, safe in the knowledge that it is genuine and authentic. We are also looking forward to working with Memento to create state-of-the-art show cars and simulators that will excite and engage fans around the world.”
