For Framed Items 

This product has been professionally framed by the Memento Exclusives team. It is highly advised that to maintain its excellent quality, this item is well looked after. 

Here are some useful tips... 

• Avoid hanging near heat sources, such as radiators 
• Avoid hanging in direct sunlight as this could cause discolouration 
• Avoid hanging close to air conditioning units 
• Do not use glass cleaner as this product uses Perspex and this could scratch it 
• Larger items such as race suits may require stronger wall components for hanging 
• Use soft clothes to clean and shine 
• Handle with care when displaying and carrying 
• Keep hold of your hologram and certificate of authenticity as this can be used to authenticate your product 

You must inspect the goods on delivery or collection. If you identify any postal damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing, by telephone +44(0)1327 831536, or email orders@f1authentics.com  / orders@ufccollectibles.com / orders@motogpauthentics.com within 72 hours of the goods being delivered. You may return goods within 14 days of the item being signed as delivered, or the delivery being confirmed by the courier for a full refund – you will need to pay the cost of returning the items. Upon inspection we will as appropriate repair, exchange or refund the goods or part of them. 

Please note: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items, unless deemed faulty. 

How to return your order 

It is your responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged securely to prevent any damage in transit whilst being returned to us and where possible in the original packaging. We will not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or breakages in addition to your original fault during transit of the return. We ask that you raise this independently with the courier company and will assist with any photographic evidence as required. 

We always recommend that you send with recorded delivery and inform us of the tracking number.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of the goods arriving, confirmation, or upon request received by email, telephone or by writing.

Follow our step-by-step guide on how to authenticate your product. 

1. Locate the unique authenticity hologram or NFC chip on your product and certificate supplied. Unlock your iPhone or Android mobile device and hover its top edge over your product until it detects the NFC chip within. The location of this chip can vary but tends to be behind the centrepiece of your product, for example behind your piece of canvas or behind your event used clothing - unless otherwise stated. 
2. Once it has been detected, the NFC will invite you to visit a link that is both unique and secure. Please note that older mobile devices may require an NFC app to be downloaded. If your device does not pick up the chip, this may be the case. 
3. Follow the online instructions, inserting the serial number, that is found on the hologram, along with all other required information. 
4. Once complete, keep your card certificate and paperwork safe.
