B2B Sales Manager - Non Digital
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across Memento Exclusives’ core B2B product lines, including Show Cars, Simulators, Pit Stop Rigs, FIA Chassis, Steering Wheels, and Replica Parts. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing commercial operations, enhancing sales efficiency, and expanding market reach through proactive business development.
The B2B Sales Manager will also lead event planning, commercial calendar management, and aftersales service while working closely with the Head of Sales - B2B to optimise overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Strategy Execution
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue from core products (Show Cars, Simulators, Pit Stop Rigs, FIA Chassis, Replica Parts, etc.).
- Establish and maintain a commercial calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing, outreach, and sales initiatives.
- Implement processes to enhance sales efficiency and communication across the team.
- Manage the creation and distribution of sales collateral, pricing structures, promotional materials, and stock information.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and metrics to ensure progress toward revenue goals.
New Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within high-value B2B sectors including Luxury Automotive Brands, Hospitality, Corporate Clients, and Event Organisers.
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing structures for bundled packages (Show Cars, Simulators, Pit Rigs, FIA Chassis).
- Execute targeted outreach and lead generation activities to expand our client base.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to support growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new revenue channels and optimise product offerings.
Marketing & Event Management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn campaigns, newsletters, co-branded promotions, and press releases.
- Lead the planning and execution of commercial events throughout the year (e.g., trade shows, corporate activations, VIP launches).
- Utilize feedback from events to optimise product presentations and sales strategies.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operational teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Maximise event ROI through lead generation and follow-up processes.
Aftersales Management & Client Retention
Implement a structured aftersales process to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and analyse aftersales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a framework for managing warranties, repairs, and maintenance inquiries.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly to maintain positive relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and enhance retention strategies.
Customer Experience:
- Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices, operational efficiencies and creating a best-in-class customer experience.
- Analyse customer feedback and behaviour to identify areas for improvement in the shopping experience.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic,
conversion rates, and other key metrics. - Use data insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executive to deliver day to day operations.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative
team culture.
