MotoGP™ Authentics, run by Memento Exclusives under licence of Dorna Sports, is paying tribute to the new Moto3™ World Champion, David Alonso, through an exclusive collection.
The collection features signed, race used racewear such as race boots and leathers, as well as autographed photos, a podium cap, and more coming soon.
The Japanese Grand Prix weekend, held over 4th-6th October in Motegi, saw the Colombian ace take the crown for the first time. Alonso joined Moto3™ and GasGas Aspar Team in 2021, but he became a full-time rider in 2023. In only his second full season in the sport, Alonso has claimed the 2024 Championship at round 16 – a phenomenal achievement for an athlete in the early stages of his racing career.
MotoGP™ Authentics is the home of official MotoGP™ memorabilia and also has growing Moto2™ and Moto3™ collections. Alonso was one of the first Moto3™ riders to sign a memorabilia deal with the platform. The exclusive pieces have been signed and used by the rider and are only available via MotoGP™ Authentics, which guarantees authenticity.
David Alonso, Moto3™ World Champion, commented:
“To be crowned the Moto3™ World Champion at the Japanese GP was an incredible achievement for me and my team. I’m grateful to all who have supported me, and I’m pleased to be working with MotoGP™ Authentics to bring fans closer through official memorabilia, including some race used and signed pieces.”
Barry Gough, Founder & CEO of Memento Exclusives (MotoGP™ Authentics), commented:
“We’re pleased to be able to offer fans a collection of memorabilia from the new Moto3™ World Champion, David Alonso. Our portfolio of memorabilia deals with riders across MotoGP™, Moto2™ and Moto3™ is constantly growing, but to already have a Moto3™ Champion in partnership with us is a testament to our authority in the memorabilia world.”
