BWT Alpine F1 Team Welcome The Memento Group At 2022 Partner Day

This visit allowed TMG to meet with their partners face-to-face and build on the already-strong relationships that have formed over the years. TMG have worked with BWT Alpine F1 Team for many years, working with them under their previous names (Lotus F1 Team & Renault F1 Team) too.

The visit also coincided with the start of the 2022 FIA Formula One World Championship, and for TMG also marked the start of another year working with the French team.

Through the licence agreement between TMG and Alpine, TMG are able to provide collections of memorabilia to fans and F1 enthusiasts around the globe, bringing them closer to the action of the race track. The collections, driven by the partnership, include both heritage items from previous seasons as well as current items from the team and drivers, Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon.

These collections are made available to a global marketplace via the official F1 Authentics platform, which is run in association and under licence with Formula 1. During Alpine’s Partner Day, a selection from the F1 Authentics collection was showcased for the race team’s other partners to view.

The Partner Day was brilliant opportunity for TMG to network with everyone supporting the Alpine team and gain a wider understanding and appreciation for those in the same community. The day involved an introduction and speech from Team Principal, Otmar Szafnauer, who joined the team for the start of the 2022 season, as well as Technical Director, Matt Harman.

Following this, TMG had a tour of the factory and a viewing of this season’s race car – the A522 – as well as a visit to the simulator and wind tunnel. The Partner Day was topped off with a group dinner.

The Memento Group’s Anouska Strähnz, commented:

“It was fantastic to meet with our partners at BWT Alpine F1 Team last month for their official 2022 Partner Day. We’ve worked with the team for many years and have seen their progression and development, and so it is brilliant to continue our work together going into the 2022 season.

“We were proud to have our F1 Authentics collection featured during this event too, allowing the race team’s personnel and other partners the opportunity to see the excellent work TMG does revolutionising memorabilia and bringing F1’s fans closer to the teams they adore.”

BWT Alpine F1 Team official memorabilia is available at F1 Authentics, with 2022 products expected throughout the year.
