We are currently looking for a key individual to manage and grow the brand new MotoGP licensing and memorabilia program across its various business areas. Coordinating relationships between MotoGP (Dorna), it’s racing teams and our Head Office in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for the program growth on both ecommerce and B2B areas reporting into the Head of B2B and Retail.
Success will be measured by the development and delivery of a strategic plan, quality of output, audience engagement, commercial success and the meeting of bespoke KPIs and analytics, as well as company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute licence agreements with the main stakeholders, teams, manufacturers and riders. Ensure contractual obligations within the team contracts are followed from both sides.
Maximise the marketing support available to Memento from the MotoGP teams, with commercial success front of mind.
Enhance team relationships through effective relationship management, to ensure partnerships are maintained and improved each year.
Continuous exploration of commercial opportunities with the MotoGP teams and partners, to leverage and maximise each partnership.
Monitor the financial aspects of each licence, helping to design products in the context of product cost prices and sales margins and providing analysis and reports.
Establish a plan of supply and delivery of all product categories within our partner licence agreements and work with the internal Creative team to track product development from initial designs through to final samples and approval, acting as liaison with the licensor.
Ensure product supply from the teams is delivered in a planned and timely manner.
Work with internal Production, Digital and Commercial teams to co-ordinate product launch plans, marketing and delivery of sales against targets.
