Head of Sales - Non-Digital
We are currently looking for a Head of Sales – Non-Digital who will lead the offline commercial sales team. Developing and executing sales strategies and driving the company’s revenue growth. This role involves overseeing the sales team, (B2B, Private Sales and Event Retail) establishing sales targets, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals and able to hit the ground running in this fast paced business.
You will have experience in digital/e-commerce trading, merchandising and can demonstrate a track record of driving sales growth and managing Profit and loss. You will be commercially minded and have experience in creating and implementing sales strategies.
