Customer Service Manager

Memento Exclusives is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Manager to support with delivering an exceptional level of service from an initial enquiry through to completion and aftercare.

The role will consist of contributing to a thriving sales team with great customer service and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. You will provide sales and customer service support to customers calling, emailing, or instant messaging the team and Company.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven track record of maintaining and growing business relationships, preferably with a focus on sports memorabilia or athlete management.
  • Visionary leadership and business acumen to contribute to strategic discussions and operational planning at a high level.
  • Excellent written and presentation capabilities alongside exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management from ideation through to execution.
